The Grande at Santa Fe Station is located on the corners of Pacific Highway
and Broadway in the Columbia District of Downtown San Diego. The Grande consists of two luxury high-rises of concrete construction. CCI contracted with Bosa Development to perform off-site demolition, street improvements, planter and water feature walls, brick pavers, handseeded sidewalks,vehicular entry, and the pool terrace. CCI also built over 1000 linear feet of wood trellis supported by pre-cast concrete pilasters and the pergola with cast-in-place colored concrete pilasters.
