Located on N. Harbor Dr. between Laurel St. and Hawthorne St., CCI constructed the columns and lintels which surround the property. These columns and lintels were originally designed to be pre-cast, but due to the time and phasing constraints, CCI designed a concrete mix which specified white cement, white sand, and white aggregates to match the original pre-cast design. The architect on the project was Conwell Shonkwiler and Associates.
