Smart Corner

Located at the intersection of Park Boulevard and Broadway, Smart Corner combines residential living, an office building, ground retail space, and mass transit all on one city block.  CCI contracted with Hensel Phelps Construction Company to perform all offsite demolition and street improvements on 11th Avenue, C Street, Park Boulevard, and Broadway. The site improvements included CCDC sidewalk paving, brick pavers, site walls, steps, striping and signage. CCI also installed decorative concrete at the 19th floor spa terrace and lounge. CCI also contracted with the developer, Lankford & Associates, to reinforce and pour the isolation slab for the trolley that now runs between the office and residential buildings at Smart Corner. With a combination of structural concrete, site concrete, street improvements, and decorative concrete, Smart Corner was the perfect opportunity for CCI to showcase all of its services.
