In 2005, CCI completed the structural renovations to the historic Stephen and Mary Birch North Park Theatre.  Originally built in 1928, the theater had been closed for decades.  Concrete work included a new stage, elevator and orchestra pit requiring an 18 ft. architecturally finished concrete radius wall.  The general contractor on this project was Wheelihan Construction.

Structural renovations included a new stage, adjacent radius walls, and flooring. CCI also provided a turnkey street improvemnt package. Historical 2' x 2' hand tooled pattern.
