The new Ivy Hotel, formerly known as the Maryland Hotel, is located in the East Village District of San Diego. This project was a two year design/ build retrofit from the basement to the 7th floor. CCI's scope of work included: major retrofit of the basement footings, cast-in-place walls, concrete floors, columns, elevator pits, ramps, steps, suspended concrete decks, a suspended 7th floor swimming pool and architectural concrete pool terrace.
