Located adjacent to Petco Park at 10th Avenue and J Street, Diamond View Tower is a first class office building affording spectacular ballpark views. CCI was selected by Reno Contracting as their turn-key contractor for the street improvements. CCI provided approximately 900 feet of street frontage, which included: off-site demolition, curb & gutter, sidewalks, interlocking pavers, landscaping, asphalt and striping. CCI also provided the concrete planter walls along Ninth Avenue in the “Park at the Park”, as well as the grading and concrete improvements for the recently erected Tony Gwynn statue.
